Welcome to our website. Although I wish to keep this group fun and interesting, in this day and age it is necessary to present terms and conditions to protect parties involved. The following terms and conditions apply to all events presented by Central Coast Singles and Gerald L. Craig, as well as the Web Site, and use of any of our resources. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Central Coast Singles' relationship with you in relation to this website, events, and other resources. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Central Coast Singles and Gerald L. Craig ("CCS", "Us", "We", "Our" and "Its") and the services it provides to Participants, Mailing List Subscribers and Web Site Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as its "Users", "You" and "Your") organizes "ice-breaker" events and other activities for networking and to facilitate introductions of single people.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between You and CCS. By using theCCS Web site, Yahoo Group, MySpace profile, or any other online service utilized by CCS, joining its mailing list(s) or participating in Its events, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not Use the CCS Web site, Yahoo Group, MySpace profile, or any other online service utilized by CCS, join its mailings list(s) nor participate in its Events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by CCS.

Users must be 18 years or older (21 if event is in a bar, club, or establishment that primarily serves alcohol). Any and all information User provides to CCA will be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted. User will obey all applicable laws and regulations while using the CCS Web site or services and while attending CCS Events.

CCS holds no responsibility whatever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between another individual and Yourself that You meet as a result of a LNK Event. We are also not responsible for Your actions and choices that You make your own choices and will not hold Us responsible for any incident, accident, or injury you may suffer or sustain at any event, or from direction or suggestions by CCS.

CCS is not responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind, nor changes to dates or times of events. Furthermore, User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CCS, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Event Organizers, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with any and all of the services that CCS provides or claims to provide as well as communications or meetings that You arrange on Your own volition and on Your own time with others who have participated in any CCS Events.

CCS is not responsible for the outcome of any matches, and does not assure that any member has presented complete or truthful information. You make all choices regarding who you contact, or follow up contact with. You give your personal information at your own risk, just as if you met the person on your own. You exchange any personal information at your own risk. Any investments, monetary donations, or exchange of funds are at your own volition, and not condoned by CCS. We suggest not giving money to anyone until a stable relationship is established. Anyone who borrows or takes money from another member without repaying any loan will be removed from membership, and banned form all CCS Events, and use of CCS Web Site and services.

You agree to keep all communication and contact private. You will not disclose the names of members to anyone outside of CCS. You will not forward any communication, content of any communication, or information to anyone without permission from CCS.

Further, You agree not to initiate any claim whatever against CCS as a result of any of Our social gatherings or other activities and You affirm that You take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

CCS reserves the right to reject any User's registration, RSVP and may reject admission to any of Its events for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund User's registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any of Its Events.

By completing the registration process for one of Its events, User hereby agrees to pay the Admission Fee charge shown or indicated for any CCS event or function, and further affirms that User will not "charge back" or otherwise dispute the Fee for any reason whatever. If there is a dispute regarding payment or the services provided by CCS, User agrees to expeditiously contact CCS to resolve said dispute before escalating the dispute to User's credit card company.

User agrees to not solicit, advertise or market any products or services whatever to any participant of any of Its Events without prior permission of CCS.

User agrees that should User participate in one of Our Events, User will return any and all hardware or equipment provided to User to CCS at the end of the Event.

User agrees that should User participate in one of Our Events, You hereby grant to us the right to use your likeness and/or pictures on our website, advertising materials, promotional materials, television, and the like.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of "Central Coast Singles". We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorsement of any products or services found on said sites, or the views expressed within them.

CCS owns and retains all proprietary rights in all services offered by CCS including any and all content on the CCS Web site and paper materials provided at CCS Events. All materials are Copyrighted by CCS. The term and phrase "Central Coast Singles" and "CCS" are trademarks of CCS. Unauthorised use of this Web Site or other services may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, "Central Coast Singles" takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the State of California, and the United States. Venue for all disputes, legal actions, or lawsuits shall be San Luis Obispo, California.
